The conference, organized as part of the 22nd China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) and the China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit, brought together legal professionals, scholars, and representatives from across China and ASEAN member states. This year’s theme, “Cross-border Investment Legal Affairs in ASEAN Member States,” highlighted key areas such as cross-border investment, dispute resolution, comparative legal cultures, and the application of artificial intelligence in legal services

During the two-day event, Sidabukke & Partners joined discussions with legal experts from ASEAN countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Brunei. The forum also featured contributions from lawyers across China’s major cities such as Nanning, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Suzhou, and Chengdu.
